I’m finding it very difficult to accurately convey how much I’m looking forward to Thursday’s broadcast. It looks like it will be very exciting! I can’t wait!

Brief thought, are all cats that aren’t Lupin or Elvis going to have amber eyes, or is it just that all of the cats that you based the newer news-crews on have had similar eye colours?
They all have similar eye colours. I hope to add different colored eyed kitties as time goes on. In real life the real Tommy lives with a beautiful, gorgeous little kitty who has one eye she is blind in, and she may one day possibly perhaps join the comic…. (There is a crossover of BCN readers who also follow the real Tommy on Facebook, and they have asked her to join many times, ha!)

I just love that there are little robber mice peeking into the corners of the last two panels–I almost missed the one in the window. Those guys are awesome.

Georgia, your stories have all the engaging charm of Brooke McEldowney’s work, but you are better at it, IMHO. You really know how to write short stories—a talent that eludes me. I tend to the sprawling epic “with a cast of thousands.”
My dear lady, you will never cease to amaze and intrigue us! But what happened to Lupine’s left lip? The whole scenario is totally amazing. Which of your wise cats came up with the laundry room as the perfect base station … leading I am sure to many more intriguing plots, happy times, and possible confrontations! The kitties need to be ready to pull all nighters … building a broadcast station is exciting, but demanding. Hopefully the dismissed mice won’t alert the FCC!
ok wait my head is spinning. could we have visual aid to help explain how it all works. i’m thrilled as it sounds exciting but what does all this linking up stuff mean for BC news and us exactly. my tv remote still confuses me.

Things have been stressful of late, so this strip couldn’t have come at a better time – thank you so much. I’m so excited at the possibilities! BCN looks like it’s expanding, yay!! Sometimes I come here to re-re-reread the past reports, especially when things aren’t going well. It’s nice to be reminded there really are still a few nice people left.
Ok, have to say, props to Elvis for being as flexible as he is. For a very cranky, Siamese who is hard to please kitty, he seems to be adapting reasonably well to Tommy (even has some empathy for him) and to Burt. I can tell he hates change, as I have one just like him in temperament.
Awesome! Soon they’ll need a satellite uplink!
