Hi Barbara, the notification only sends a link to the new strip, not the comic itself. Alas, I can’t send the actual comics in emails because the files would be huge (and cause all sorts of copyright problems if I then ever wanted to publish the comic into a book, but had handed out files of it online, etc). So the notification should just be a link that goes directly to the new strip as it is published on the site.
For some reason I never seem to get the notifications…but I guess it doesn’t really matter because I check this site every day anyway. I think I’m a BCN addict.

Hello everyone! Some people (including the Man, at his work computer) have had issues with the image not loading for this strip. I’m not certain why it is working for some people and not others. I’m going to try and tweak the file and hopefully have it working for everyone shortly. …This is one more reason why it is really exciting that the comic will be debuting on GoComics next week, ha! I’m not great with the computer end of cartooning, the cartooning part is more my cup of tea :/

A friend of mine on another website introduced me to the ‘The woman is under the weather’ strip shortly after I broke my leg (I’m still recovering) and this comic has been a bright spot in my day since. Puck being my absolute favorite (though they’re all three fantastic!)

They’re such good cats too – when I broke my leg, Cathy came to protect me from the predators she was sure were going to come to get me – she stood guard until the paramedics came to get me.
Ever since I’ve been home, Albert has snuggled up with me almost constantly, he won’t leave my side – such a sweet guy. He’s usually even pretty consciencious of my broken leg too, being careful to avoid it.
Err, sorry if that’s too much; but this comic has really been great for me and my cats mean a lot to me as well, so, uhm, felt I’d share. I’ll be quiet now. >.>; Thanks for making this!
Gah, apparently a paragraph got deleted in there, explaining who my cats are (Albert and Catherine) and that they like to wrestle like this at times too, though that Cathy is typically the instigator. Sorry for the confusion.

I was in the hospital last week and found out my breast cancer might have spread to my bones. So now I have to see an oncologist tomorrow to start the numerous tests needed to find out what’s going on. Needless to say, I’m incredibly stressed out and really haven’t felt like even smiling. Then I saw this latest strip, with Lupin vs Mommy’s Special Boy Elvis, and I couldn’t stop laughing so hard I was literally snorting. Thank you so very much for drawing these strips and sharing them – they’ve been a bright spot in a pretty rough week, and I really needed that. Thank you.

This one is so great. Locked together, rolling all over the place, screaming at each other. The only thing missing is fur flying all over the place. When this happens at our house we pick up enough fur to make another cat. I never thought to compare it to WCW. Hilarious! I was laughing out loud after just the first panel. Georgia, you are so clever.
If I get a chance to put one together, I will try! I keep promising to get make more prints and tee shirts and whatnot available, but keep coming up against needing more time to actually make it happen. I love the idea of a calendar though, and if I can get 12 good prints together I will!

Your illustrative skills hit new highs with this one! And why do cats love to throw each other into closed doors? Rarely walls, but almost always doors … especially screen doors with the loud metal sheet at the bottom.
When I was a kid we had a Siamese named Daisy who would begin most weekend mornings by racing through the house and shoulder checking every door down the hallway! We could never figure out why she did it!
Just going back and re-reading some strips I’d bookmarked. I’d completely forgotten about Puck’s Jesse “The Body” Ventura outfit, so I had another big laugh all over again. Thanks for making my day twice with this one!
I must have this as poster!! My husband loves WWE wrestling and is the local Crazy Cat Man (we only have 3 cats at the moment but have had as many as 6 at any one time) so this is PERFECT for him!!! Love the outfits and the posing – so WWE…sorry BCW!!

This is exactly what happens right after we vacuum! It’s like they know we got rid of the cat hair on the carpet and they’re trying to replace it!
Yesterday we went to a Wildlife Sanctuary here in Colorado & was amused by a couple of tigers doing just this.

To add to the fun a couple of bears in the next enclosure looked as though they were laying bets.
