This reminds me of the contribution our late cat Clementine made to the U. S. space program. When I was working graveyard shifts in the Mission Control Room, all my companions at work would complain that they couldn’t get any sleep during the day. I, on the other hand, had a secret weapon: I’d get home at about 8 AM and lie down on the sofa, Clem would curl up on my chest and purr, and we’d both be out like a light for 4-6 hours. Good kitty, Clem.
HA! Too awesome, I’m loving this strip. We have “The Ninja Blankie” on our couch, and getting under it sends some silent thought-alert throughout the house to summon the CatPile.
