Hello everyone! Georgia Dunn here! This particular strip is very true–Elvis, Puck, Lupin, the Man, and I are moving this week! Unfortunately, this means my paints, scanner, laptop etc will all be packed away and I won’t be able to update BREAKING CAT NEWS for 1-2 weeks.
HOWEVER, I will be armed with my pencils and pens, and I plan on sketching out a bunch of new strips to start posting in a couple of weeks!
Folks have been asking for mugs, tee shirts, mini posters and all such coolness. 1. Thank you for liking the comic enough to want these things, that is AWESOME! 2. I am planning to offer these for sale very soon!
Letters to the editor have been rolling in as well, and please be assured that Elvis will be answering them in mid May too! Right now two letters are sitting in the basket awaiting his attention, but, well,… You know cats. Elvis is being a bit particular about when and where he sits down to tend to his correspondence.
I want to thank everyone for all the kind comments and shout outs BCN has been receiving. Each one has made me so happy! I’m delighted you all like the comic so much, and I have every intention of continuing to post once we’re settled on the east coast. I have been trying to have new strips for you every Monday and Thursday, and plan on resuming that schedule once ye ol’ scanner is unpacked and fired up.

My kitties, Charlotte & Mocha read your blog all the time & they have a hot news item for you! One of the doors in the house is closed….it never used to be! They don’t understand how that happened…..can your reporters do an in depth story on closed doors????

Congrats on creating a very entertaining and savvy comic! Love it! 60 yrs old and have had many cats over the yrs, all the same yet so different… thanks for the chuckles! BTW, turned all my kids and theirs on to you! Keep on Truckin’
The curious one keeps asking “are they there yet?” “are they getting the new studio ready?” your anxious public, including EOTU, awaits the next BCN apurrance!
